5/5 Fantastic! This property is perfect for our annual summer three generation gathering! The kitchen is fabulous for preparing meals at home and the outdoor area is spacious for a bay/beach property. Our evening meal conversations around the large patio table are truly a treasure. Each year our family says our stay here is our favorite week of the year!

5/5 Our recent stay (June 2026) was the third time we have stayed at this property. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is roomy, comfortable, with easy access to the beach and bay in Mission Beach. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property manager, John, is available and responsive when there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
My family has generational needs and this property was designed to accommodate those needs .. our party ranged from 10 to 86 years of age.
We would recommend this property to others, we plan to return and stay in the near future.

5/5 Very clean and nicely upgraded place. Each floor had its own privacy which included bathroom, shower, and coffee. Definitely the best VRBO myself and my family has ever stayed. The owner was very welcoming and communicated in such a professional and friendly way. The top floor balcony views are amazing, I would stay here again.

5 Stars for the Property, Location, and Contact Person
5/5 The White House is our favorite place to stay in Pacific Beach. Its three floors and outdoor eating serves our three generation family vacation perfectly! We take advantage of the beach and the bay, plus the coffee and ice cream shops!
The location is fabulous and the contact person is most attentive and helpful with questions.
This was our third year at this property and we hope to return again next summer.
