• Perfect stay for small family vacation

  We stayed for a long weekend with our baby and my brother-in-law and his two young kids. The weather was near perfect (a bit on the hot side) and we spent most of our time outside around the pool and the covered area. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

• Palm Springs Getaway

  We have stayed at a number of VRBO houses, and this was one of the best. Really no complaints or suggestions for improvements. It easily accommodated three generations of our family, and we made particularly good use of the pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Palm Springs.

  Property was very nice, clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit. Check in code did not work on the doors. Delayed access about 15 minutes. Access to downtown Palm Springs was a breeze. We requested an early check in and it was granted. We requested a late check out and no response was ever received from the property manager. We had various plumbing issues. The main bathroom toilet leaked water onto the floor and could only be stopped by turning the water off to the toilet. A handyman was called and said he fixed the issue but he did not. The toilet paper holder in the same bathroom fell off the wall. One of the other bathrooms had a very slow draining sink. We'd go back to the residence with assurances that the plumbing issues were resolved. No credit was offered as a result of plumbing issues. Thank goodness for 3 other bathrooms. Poor customer service from the property mgr. The property mgr said they were not feeling well and that was the reason for poor service. Delegate responsibility!! :(

  Great location. House was layed out well for up to 8 people comfortably living, without bumping into each other. Jacuzzi and pool were great.

  Check in process was rocky. The door code was not changed. Actually it never was. We had to use our contact at Evolves code the entire time which was a pain because it was not familiar number. The pool was supposed to be heated. Paid for 5 days Heater not turned on until the second day. Lost 2 days of pool use
