Convenient and Clean
4/5 The desert falls community was very well maintained. The rental was immaculate, comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities. The patio view was really great. On the downside, if you're a light sleeper such as myself, I found the noise from the highway and the upstairs residents a bit too much. I ended up buying earplugs that helped with the street noise but wasn't full proof. The upstairs thumping began early in the am. If noise doesn't bother you, or if you are only staying in the master bedroom, this place is probably perfect. I didn't like having to go through a property manager. I have dealt directly with the property owner in the past rentals.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We wanted to share the following feedback:
- We contacted you before your scheduled arrival and were surprised that you were already complaining about things you hadn't even experienced yet. We went above and beyond, purchasing fragrance-free detergent for the bedsheets in the hopes that you would have a good stay with us. However, it's sad that you were not satisfied with our efforts.
- The "highway" you complain about is a normal city street and is behind a large brick wall that is quite a distance from the condo. Noise has never been an issue with any of our other guests. If you are a "light sleeper," I'm not sure how you expect us to fix that problem.

Perfect Vacation
5/5 It was beautiful and very comfortable. Enjoyed it immensely. Had a bit of a problem with the TV but Kelly helped us out of the problem.

Lovely touches abound
5/5 My sister and I stayed at this property for several days. It was very clean and Kelly was quick in responding to any texts. We really appreciated all the little touches like popcorn for movie nights and trail mix for a hike. You will not regret choosing this property.
