• Nice place- No communication

  Nice enough place. Would recommend raising a lamp in the living room. 6’ husband kept hitting his head. There was absolutely no communication after payment until the morning of checkin. I kept sending messages asking for an early checkin and to make sure our service dog was accepted. Will not stay again.

• Great Location

  Nice condo, needs a few things.Lawn furniture was pretty dirty. And a few appliances we had problems with,but talked with property management and helped solve water heater problems. Would stay again if things were fixed.

  While we worked daily to rectify the problem and did get heat restored after one day we recognize that the disruption with hot water lasted longer, and appreciate your patience and grace throughout.
  
  Understanding the inconvenience to you we provided a discount for the affected days, along with the option to move to a new location, Of course, we also understand that no amount of compensation fully makes up for the frustration this caused.
  
  Please know that your experience is not the standard we provide, and we’ve already taken steps to ensure future guests don’t face similar issues. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re grateful you took the time to share it with us.
