  Very convenient location for Indian Wells Tennis Garden

• Disappointing...

  Our experience at this location was disappointing. I'll cover the positives & negatives. Positives: It's a good location. It is a very nice gated golf course community. There's a decent view of the golf course from the condo. The unit was well stocked with dishes & silverware, coffee, & kitchen items. The leather couch in the living room was comfortable as was the bed in the master bedroom.Negatives: When we arrived we didn't think we were going to be able to stay because the unit smelled so bad. We definitely didn't move anything inside, like clothing or personal items, because of the horrible odor. We opened all the windows and doors, bought air fresheners, and after a few hours the odor went away. We couldn't enjoy the view of the golf course from inside the unit because the windows are warped and distorted. There was no lighting in the master bedroom. The water pressure was so weak it took forever to take a shower. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The drapes for the windows and the sliding glass door were gloomy and out dated, and the screen for the sliding glass door kept falling off. The location and the community were fine, but if you're looking for a place to stay I'd keep looking.

  -While our property manager didn’t hear from you during your stay, we’re always available to address any concerns. Their contact information was included in your e-pass to ensure support was readily accessible, as we strive to provide a comfortable, enjoyable experience for every guest.
  -Guests are welcome to open the windows and use the garden table with chairs to enjoy the view. The drapes were recently updated, and we apologize if they didn’t suit your preferences. To enhance lighting, there are two salt lamps in the master bedroom, and bedside lamps in the bedrooms for guests' convenience.
  -Unfortunately, California continues to experience drought, which affects water pressure in the area—a factor beyond our control.

• quiet stay

  The property was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in the evenings. If staying in Palm desert it is a good location central to restaurants and hikes.

• Very bad customer service

  The condo itself is good until you have question or issues. Before arriving, we had few questions, sent email to the property manager, never got any answers. During our stay, a wild animal came inside the roof (squirrel or rat or mise, we don’t know) we contact the property management because it was impossible to sleep and woke up the whole family (the pest was scratching in the ceiling very hard). We contact the property manager, sent her a video of how bad the noise was. She said she cannot do anything. We followed up during the day, she said no pest control can come (we called multiple pest control ourself and they were available to come, so not much effort from Evolve to fix the situation.) The night after, the noise started again. Waking up again the whole family. When we called the property manager, they just didn’t answer our call. I guess ignoring customers is how they manage issues. No apologies were extended, no compensation was offered. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN. they could offered us to stay at an hotel nearby and covering the costs, so we can sleep. We did want to enjoy relaxing vacation, turn out it was the opposite. Seems that the owners of the condo were not helpful, from what the property manager said to us. This is very disappointing. Also, there is no indoor pool facility or fitness gym. Tennis court/pickle ball is not free and not always available. Will never be back.
