  The house was nice and pretty clean. The refrigerator didn’t work the entire time we were there, the heater didn’t work until the host came and finally looked at it at 8:00pm the day before we departed, internet was in and out. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and the fridge had crumbs in it

  We want guests to arrive at a home that is fully ready for their stay, so we take concerns like these seriously. The homeowner wanted to share the following:
  - The refrigerator compressor had failed during your stay. It has since been replaced with a brand-new unit.
  - When we checked the heater, we found the remote battery had corroded. We cleaned the contacts for an immediate fix and replaced the battery.
  - Internet interruptions were due to a temporary provider outage.
  - We’ve followed up with our cleaning team to reinforce our standards after missing the hair and crumbs noted.

  Host was very nice, great location, felt safe. Heater unit wasn't working, but read in another review they had the same prob so i brought a space heater and extra blankets and we were fine. But it was raining and cold, so they should really fix that.

  I didn’t get a chance to interact with the host. The good: 1) gaining access to the lock box and door was easy. 2) living room, kitchen and bedrooms were tidy. 3) beverages available for purchase was convenient. 4) kitchen seemed to have everything we needed for our stay. 5) the live plants added to a nice atmosphere. 6) TV and WIFI worked well. 7) welcome binder was informative 8) neighborhood felt safe.9) shower water temperature and pressure was very good10) enough towels and paper products available Room for improvement:1) parking was confusing - the driveway was available to park in, but I felt like I’d be blocking the white truck in the rear unit. 2) the bathroom floors were not swept - hair from previous guests was evident in the floors. 3) used soap bar and watered down shampoo was in the shower stall4) it was cold in the unit; sign in the thermostat said “please don’t touch” so we didn’t. 5) refrigerator temperature did not get contents cold. 6) blinds were damaged, should be repaired/replaced7) pillows in aster bedroom were very hard; extra pillows in the room did not have pillow cases. 8) lights for the unit were located by the kitchen, which was quite far away from the front door when looking for a light switch in an unfamiliar place. 9) a lot of clutter on the walk way leading from the entry gate to the unit door. 10) front door interior entryway could have used a mat or similar.

  Very clean and quiet neighborhood, school next to house was okay it is just real busy before school starts
