Great location, nice community, clean

Not Recommended
2/5 The location was the only good thing about this property. Interior lighting was incredibly harsh. There literally were three table lamps in the spaces I used. They were quite small and gave off little light. The house was sparsely and poorly furnished. For example, the end tables substituted for actual nightstands in the master were absolutely inadequate. Few hangers and no dressers meant I was living out of my suitcase instead of being able to put things away. No saucepans and limited other cooking utensils made meal prep difficult. Shower in master bath did not drain (and was not fixed during my stay despite two requests). Getting into the development was badly explained and resulted in delays returning to the property on multiple occasions. Cannot recommend this property and would not stay there again.

Needs improvement
3/5 Overall the house is fine and the neighborhood was quiet. It needs some maintenance in several areas. Pool and hot tub area was unusable due to being dirty and items like old deflated rafts, towels, cans being left around outside. Master shower did not drain properly so you have to stand in water while showering. The patio doors needs the locks to be looked to properly secure the home. On the positive the kitchen, bedrooms, main area were clean and comfortable. Its pretty evident that the property mangement does not do frequent walk throughs becasue some of these items would be easy to catch.
If some of these items were addressed it would be a fine rental for the price.
Great little oasis in the middle of the desert
5/5 Very clean property. We had an issue with getting the spa started and Rick the property manager was super helpful. Gated community, very safe, and once we got the spa heated it was a great amenity. We had 2 adults 4 kids ranging ages 12 - 20 and plenty of space. Would stay again!
