  Even though I had given the Guest Contact our names over a day prior, Gate Security did not have them. Eventually she was let in and dropped off but the unit is tucked behind a hedge and behind another unit and not even a porch light was left on to see that there was a door there in the dark!!! Even after giving names a few times, the rest of us had problems getting in since we weren't given the owners name which it sounds like our names were under. Came in and found one of the sliding doors unlocked and slightly open! The bedding didn't fit well and was pilling and old. The foam mattress was hot but otherwise comfortable. The place overall is okay once settled but all the problems would not have me recommending or going back as the entry caused much more stress than necessary. Also if you want people to take the garbage out, it would be good to identify where you take it. We found it after a bit but unnecessary time to look for it. The "Checking Out" page in the binder was left empty!! Pretty unprofessional overall

• Fun Getaway

  We had a girls’ weekend and really enjoyed our time there. It is close to everything: Palm Springs, the casino, Joshua Tree, Coachella, shopping and much more. This was our third time booking this condo. We go in the summer too. During the summer, you can avoid the crowds and all the restaurants are still open. The condo is located close to the many pools in the complex. It has pool toys and floats too. Albertsons is conveniently located a half mile away. In addition to the modern décor, you have all the comforts of home in this spacious place. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It is quiet (corner location) and a perfect place to unwind with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. You can relax in the front or back patio. A really nice getaway for a long weekend. Will definitely be booking again.

• GREAT STAY W/ Amazing Host

  From the moment I booked the stay to when I left, everything was AMAZING. Our host was easy to contact and also friendly and professional. The pictures described the property exactly and there were no surprises. The place was spotless and clean. Having laundry machines was an awesome perk. I was able to bring less clothes on my trip because we could wash it anytime. Super easy access to the golf course as well. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome stay!

• Desert Family Fun!!!

  This place is a true gem! We absolutely loved this condo. It was conveniently located on the golf course of a gated community. We loved both the front and back patios to sit and watch the golfers and enjoy a cocktail! It was so quiet and peaceful. The condo also had all of the amenities that we would enjoy at home...such as a full kitchen, wifi and washing machine and dryer. Everything is very modern and clean. The beds were also VERY comfortable. The bathrooms were nice with natural light coming through the ceilings...and the showers had excellent water pressure!! I highly recommend this condo and just booked a return visit in the winter to stay a few days longer. This condo is close to restaurants, shopping centers, Palm Springs, casinos and The Living Desert, to name a few. The owner, Scott, was very pleasant to deal with and we appreciated him taking the time to walk us through the TV instructions. If I could rate this condo higher than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat! Thank you Scott for sharing your beautiful condo with my family and I! PS. The parking was also very convenient
