  • In the master walk-in shower faucet handle, you either get all hot water or all cold water. There is no ability to put it in the middle.

  • The handle on the freezer door comes off.

  • There are no more trash bags.

  • We were told that patio furniture, after the wind, would be cleaned.

  • We couldn’t figure out how to work the living room TV.

  • In the bedroom to the left of the second bathroom, the table lamp cannot be plugged in.

  • There is only one large frying pan, we bought a second small one.

  • The large frying pan had been put away dirty (left over scrambled eggs in it).

  - Regarding the freezer door handle, we acknowledge the inconvenience it caused and will promptly address and repair it.
  - The sandstorm during the week of your check-in was an unexpected event beyond our control, but we're sorry if it impacted your stay.
  - We'll add labels on the remote control to minimize confusion.
  - We wish you had reached out during your stay if you needed a frying pan or any other items. We would've provided immediate assistance.

  The condo itself was nice enough. Most of the condos at the Desert Princess are however the service was not good and neither was the Evolve team. The AC in our condo went out and they did not do anything to rectify the situation. Furthermore they apparently don’t want you to have any guests. We were there to celebrate my dads 70th Birthday and one of the days for a couple hours I had a few guests come by and they tried to use this against me. They were monitoring with their cameras. Even though there were no disruptions caused they were extremely petty. Would not recommend. Neighbors who live close by in the condos also told us that nobody who stays in Scott’s condo has anything good to say and that he’s a cheap guy. No effort. Again, would not recommend.

  Hi Oscar, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but we would like to take a moment to clarify what happened during your stay:
  - The brand new A/C unit was in excellent working condition before your check-in, as our cleaners verified its functionality during their cleaning process. When we arranged for the HVAC company to assess it, they found it needed repairs. We made every effort to have someone out promptly, but the rare hurricane that devastated the Coachella Valley led to road closures, which hindered our response. Thankfully, the outside temperatures were mild during this period, so the heat shouldn't have posed any significant inconvenience.
  - Unfortunately, multiple house rules were broken during this stay including the maximum occupancy limit and the ban on parties and large gatherings. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also expect them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
