4/5 Location was unbeatable for getting to all amenities and the deck had a great view. We were unfortunately stuck inside due to rain and found the living room furniture not the most comfortable. But with better weather, we wouldn't have minded as we would have spent more time in town and on the deck.

5/5 The property was excellent, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. There were a number of minor issues (no sheets for the sofa bed, issues with the gas flow in the stove, a lock box that didn't lock) that could have been easily resolved but (and this is the only major complaint) the property managers were completely unresponsive after the confirmation of our reservation. They (Evolve?) did not respond to emails, VRBO messages, or phone calls. This is the first time we have ever experienced complete silence from the property managers. Fortunately, the property was comfortable and well equipped (except the sheets).

Great place
5/5 Great location, easy check-in and out. We really enjoyed the deck with a view of the harbor. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable.

5/5 Place was great! Need to oil the doors, especially in room with the 2 beds. Closet and bathroom doors very hard to open.Maybe add some playing cards to the games.Overall, loved the location and the fantastic views from the deck!
