- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To enter, press the home key on the bottom left to highlight the keypad then enter the code
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors. To lock, press the lock button on the lower right of the keypad
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located in the carport facing the carport parking spot, 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entrance, and 1 camera is located on the back deck facing the back and front entrances. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence

- 4 additional vehicles can be parked in the level driveway
- RV/trailer parking allowed on-site
- Street parking is available during the spring and summer but not during the winter when snowplows need to clear the road
