  • It was ok for our time there but overpriced.

    Internet connection promised but rarely worked. Hot water availability very limited. A smart tv with streaming but no cable or broadcast. Leftover toiletries and spices not really needed or apprecited. .available

    – We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could’ve addressed your concerns immediately. The WiFi needed a simple reboot, which has been taken care of. We also checked the water heater, and it's functioning well for the size of the property. Additionally, we offer hundreds of channels through streaming services and cable, which we advertise on our listing.
    – We strive to be transparent with our guests at every stage of the booking process and break down all rates and fees before the reservation is confirmed.
    – Many guests appreciate the complimentary spices and toiletries, though they are optional for guests who don't need them.
    We do all we can to provide an excellent guest experience and we look forward to hosting many satisfied visitors.

    Old and run down. No furnace only space heaters. Limited hot water Owner had personal items in bathroom and kitchen. Had to put suitcases in front porrch. Mini blinds did not wo

    Hi Shirley, the right vacation property is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they’d like to clarify the following:
    – While the trailer was built in 1999, it’s well-maintained. The listing doesn’t advertise a furnace or central heating, but we offer an electric fireplace and brought over another small space heater for the bedroom, which future guests can use. No personal items are left on-site, and there is storage space for guests.
    – The property has an electric water heater that works when turned on, though it does take some time to heat up. The size of the hot water tank suits the home’s capacity. We include this information in our welcome book and encourage guests to reach out with any questions. Upon inspection, we noted for future improvements only one mini-blind is malfunctioning; all others are working.
    We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each visitor. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay so we can continue to enhance the guest experience.

    Super cute older trailer in a very nice trailer park. I was only there during the evening so didn’t use the parks amenities. I would book it again.

  • Need on site manager

    Arrival at unit to find Thermostat in a locked box and set at 90, very hot and uncomfortable. An insult and unsafe. Did not receive instructions until morning on how to unlock. Hot water handle in shower broke off in my hand. Had to buy a vice grip to control water. Keurig coffee broken. Smoke alarm not functioning. Housekeeper bought a new cheap coffee maker. She supplied me with some of her coffee and filters. Housekeeper pleasant and made every effort to accomodate me but needed on site manager.

    - As we value open communication, we reached out to you via text on the evening you checked in, expressing a warm welcome and reminding you to inform us of any questions or concerns. Moving forward, we will make it routine to reach out to renters well in advance to reach out to us at any time.
    - Guests comfort is important to us and we're sorry to hear that temperature concerns impacted your stay. Once we were notified about the high temperature, we informed you about the thermostat. We emphasized that it should be set below 80, and provided instructions for the cover removal—just turn the knob using the provided combination. The next morning, you responded, mentioning that you received our message when you were already in bed. You later confirmed that the AC is in full working order as well.
    - In recognizing your concerns with the thermostat, the coffee, and the shower handle, we shared that we would contact our Guest Contact to assist you along with the option to move to another property. You confirmed that you'll allow our Guest Contact to address your issues but you did not want to relocate. Thank you for sharing your positive insight on Dorris, she is wonderful!
    We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
