This location was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay and there was lots of room. The pool and game room make this a great place to stay.

The house was in a nice neighborhood. The cleaning was sub-par. Had to re-wash the dinnerware. There were crumbs in the kitchen drawers and a live cockroach in the dish washer. The carpet in the master bedroom should be replaced. The bed frames were steel tubing and when you moved around at night they sometimes banged. The beds were not very comfortable. Liked the nicknacks and wall hangings.

Overall it’s a great house. It has everything you need and a lot of space if you have a big family. The only downside was the beds. They aren’t as comfortable as we would have liked but were good enough.

Our stay was good with a few minor suggestions such as master bedroom bed needing to be addressed. It was noisy when you moved and the frame might need to be replaced. We were fine with it.

Check in was very disappointing with home not cleaned well, dishes and silverware caked with calcium deposits and feeling/looking chalky, pool light out, pool heat not working, outdoor grill dirty, 3 pool chairs instead of 4, no washcloths, Keurig and coffee press not operational, door to pool needs knob/lock replaced as couldn't easily unlock and locked ourselves out a couple of times accidentally. Couldn't cook in kitchen the first night as too dirty - stove, counters, crumbs/dirt in cupboards/drawers. Cleaners came at 7 PM for a couple of hours the day of check in and then again the next morning for a few more hours. NO SMOKE DETECTOR, ceiling fan in one bedroom had light hanging by the electrical cord and a piece of broken scotch tape -- person sleeping in that room was afraid it would fall down on them. Master bed creaks and groans every time you move slightly. Owner gave us a credit for one night and we coordinated all with cleaners instead of them. Had to argue with owner to get a new Keurig delivered and purchase solo cups, paper plates and plastic silverware to use as dishware was really horrible. I would not rent from this owner again. We have had great luck in our travels so far with VRBO but not this time.

- Upon being notified of the cleanliness concerns, we immediately contacted our cleaning service to address these issues. They returned the following day to complete a thorough cleaning of the home. We understand how important a clean and welcoming environment is and regret that this was not your initial experience.
- Regarding the pool heater, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Despite our efforts to repair it swiftly, the necessary parts were delayed. We appreciated your understanding and issued a credit for the pool heat fee as compensation for the inconvenience you encountered.
- We have reviewed your feedback on the kitchen appliances and dishware. The Keurig has been replaced, and we are actively working on solutions, including installing a water filter and replacing the dishwasher, to prevent future issues with calcium deposits on dishes and silverware.
- For the outdoor amenities, we currently provide a mix of lounge and patio chairs for our guests' enjoyment. We acknowledge the discrepancy with the pool chairs and are assessing our outdoor furniture to ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.
- Safety is a top priority, and we want to clarify that the home is equipped with functional smoke detectors, tested quarterly. The ceiling fan issue has been addressed and repaired, ensuring no risk to our guests.
The door lock to the pool has been inspected and is in working order. However, we will monitor this closely to prevent any future inconvenience. - Additionally, we have taken steps to mitigate the noise from the master bed to ensure a restful sleep for our guests.
- We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. While we have taken immediate action to rectify the issues you faced, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to demonstrate our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction.
