4/5 We finished our outing for the day so we called to see if we could get in prior to the 4pm check-in. She was prompt to respond and accommodated our request.The house was located perfectly for our itinerary (deer feeding, train ride to Grand Canyon and Bearizona). The house was beautiful, clean and spacious for babies and the yard was great place to play. The rooms were spacious and we slept comfortably.After a busy vacay and waking up early the before 10am check out was rough so we asked for a later check out and again she kindly accommodated.Concerns:Towels wet and not yet fully driedNo extra sheets or blankets available Mattress for pull out sofa thinPositives:Prompt to accommodate Location of homeClean homeSize of home, we were comfortable as it was huge living spaceFire pit (we weren’t able to use it due to time)

5/5 We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and everything we needed was provided. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive Outweigh the Negative
5/5 We loved the location of this house and the yard for the kids to play in. You can see from the photos what the house looks like inside and it doesn't disappoint! It's adorable and well laid out - it functioned great for our family! Like most VRBO homes there are a few quirks but they weren't so major that we couldn't either fix it, or overlook it. We enjoyed the ease of the hard floors for quick self-clean ups during our stay, but there were a few corners and areas that we weren't sure if had been cleaned before our arrival either...over all, it didn't make or break the stay, we'd recommend the house and manager for your stay too!! Great location to Grand Canyon and fun little town for after you hike! Canyon Coaster was a blast and the Frontier Restaurant was great! We loved seeing Historic Route 66 - and those decorative charms added to the house! like the title says, overall it was a GREAT house!
