  the house is very nice, but the host controls the heat/ ac called her asked to turn the heat up to about 72 she said thats to warm No it was cold snowed over night. She also controls the HOT water its only hot from 4am till 10 am then at night from 6 till 10 what if you want to wash your hands? it took a very look time for the water to warm up in the mornings will not stay here again have a different place for next months stay(they have hot water all day long) and it is 1 minute from this house!

  - The thermostat is accessible to guests and can also be adjusted remotely if needed — in this case, the temperature was adjusted upon your request.
  - The home has a whole-house hot water recirculator, which runs on a timer to help manage pressure and ensure efficient use. This schedule is noted in the guest book and was also explained at check-in.
  - Hot water is still available outside of those hours — it may just take longer to reach the faucets, especially during colder weather.

  This is a great home with a fully stocked kitchen for all our needs. This was a Thanksgiving getaway for myself and my husband. It is in a very quiet neighborhood though I40 is not far away. It was very clean. Checking in was easy and the communication with the owner was easy and quick. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay,

  Great place. Great location. Butane fire pit wouldn't light. There was gas in the tank. Otherwise a great lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood.
