  The place was as advertised clean. The people were nice perfect for three or four guys to rent for golf well stocked no complaints at all. I’d rented again.

  Overall, our experience was very good. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pretty well stocked with the daily necessities. The layout worked well for us, Comfortable furniture and beds. Other than needing some updating, it was easy for us to settle in and call it home for a week. The location was good as well. Not far out of Tucson proper and other Tucson attractions, but far enough out to be nice and quiet.

  If you like to golf, it had extremely good access to the Starr pass courses. Unfortunately, the Club house and Restuarant were not open when we were there due to remodeling. The access to the JW Marriot is also a plus.

  We'd consider this again if returning to Tucson.

• Spacious Comfortable Condo

  Loved this place. Plenty of room. Well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The bird feeder off the patio is a nice little touch. It did take us a while to figure out the TV set up; turns out one of the cables had come unplugged -- easy fix.It's up in the hills on a golf course but only a five minute drive from groceries and restaurants. Seems like a very safe area. Deer wandered by the patio regularly and one morning we saw some javelinas. A great location if you are into trail running, mountain biking or hiking as just up the street are miles of beautiful trails in Tucson Mountain Park.

• Fantastic Getaway

  Such a great place! Very clean. Great location! They provided shampoo and conditioner and hair dryers. Two coffee makers. Full size washer/dryer. Plenty of fluffy towels. Great view of the golf course. Facility also has a pool, tennis courts and exercise room.

• Beware

  Owners use a 3rd party to manage rental versus directly w/ vrbo.  Have issues/questions?, they go to management company, not actual owners. Responses are on 2 of 5 days per week, roughly, since not in office other days. 1st problem occurred after 1st payment made.  Informed by management company that "guests" could no longer use the resort amenities like the pool & fitness room.  We were offered a full refund but no other discount or accommodation d/t change in HOA rules, despite asking for one.  Unfortunately, all other rentals in area (locale our primary need), proximity to JW Marriott, were rented by the time this new info was presented. We felt like we were stuck. Next problem at arrival.  Despite description stating there was both a drip coffee maker & a Keurig, only a Keurig on site. We went w/o coffee until they could deliver a drip coffee maker.  Slider screen missing - don't plan on getting fresh air unless you're interested in snakes & scorpions, other renters had pets & have gone crazy on screen when there is wildlife, screening material removed to "solve" problem.  If you like tv while visiting, good luck, we had problems with both tvs.  Could only get 1 channel on the bedroom unit, the main TV, unless you're a cable savant, you're gonna get nada. Finally, if you visit when you need the furnace, don't plan on sleeping much, it turns on & off every 10 min through the night.  Explore other rentals before using one associated w/ Evolve.

  - The HOA’s decision to restrict guest access to the resort amenities was unexpected and outside of our control. As soon as we were informed in February, we worked with Evolve to notify our guests and offer a full refund.
  - We were unaware the drip coffee maker was damaged, but upon notification, a replacement was ordered and delivered via Amazon Prime on the same day it was reported. We have purchased materials to repair the screen door and will install it as soon as there is a gap in bookings.
  - The TVs and remotes are fully functional, but we understand they can be tricky to navigate. If troubleshooting assistance is needed, the guest contact is always available to help.
  We appreciate your feedback as we continue working with this homeowner to provide the best possible experience.
