5/5 Super easy process renting the property. The staff at Evolve worked with us closely to iron out a few wrinkles in our travel plans. The owner, Charles, was easy to contact and was very responsive. The property was very comfortable, with an excellent location, with all of the daily living amenities close by.

Disappointed the pool was unavailable
4/5 We had a great vacation and the property was very nice but we rented it because it had a pool so we were very disappointed that the pool was not available.

Our stay in Tempe
4/5 The only reason that we gave it a 4 rating was because it was not very clean when we arrived. It was obvious that the current cleaning crew had been doing a light once over for a long time. Charles the owner hired another cleaning person who arrived the next morning and did a deep clean which was greatly appreciated since we were staying there for 3 weeks. Also replaced a soiled bedspread the first night we were there. We appreciated his responsiveness particularly when he was out of the country and had to work through others to get things done. It is in a great location and central to a number of restuarants, parks and events.
