  Overall the house and the pool were truly great. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked at all - we had to run out and buy coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. and there definitely wouldn’t have been enough plates/silverware if it was a full house. The primary bathroom is also super strange - no door between the bedroom and bathroom and no door on the water closet. If you can get past those things then the place is great - comfortable, great pool, good shade, great communication from the host.

  House was not as clean and well kept. Kitchen could use some more plate and bowls - not enough for the capacity. Owner was very responsive when I reached out. Had to contact multiple days for the pool lights and fountain to be turned on - would be nice if there were onsite controls for these items. Overall, we had a nice stay and the owner received our feedback.

  The perfect property!! Close and conveniently located to the airport. Plenty of options for food, entertainment and shopping. AMAZING pool, and something to do for all ages. They thought of everything - highchair seat for our infant, toys/blocks to play with, the best soaking tub, bunk room, TVs and all the kitchen appliances and basics you could think of! We can’t wait to come back!

• Fraternity Getaway

  My franternity held is 87th Gramd chapter meeting in Phoenix this year. I was excited to welcome a group of my oldest friends to Phoe ix and wanted it to be a great expereince for everyone. The home was gorgeous a hor skip and a jump from the downtown and the official conference activities. Accessing the property was easy. Everything we needed was there. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed our stay.
