  The house did not have any hangers nor any storage for clothing ( no dressers) In addition there were no washcloths So I ended up buying washcloths and hangers. Seems like the owner doesn’t care. No coffee or end tables. The pool area was ill kept Umbrella had tears the cushions were filthy and the pool was green. My family has a pool and I know when the pool has not been cleaned or shocked. I would not recommend this place.

• Sofa beds

  1. Our group total 10, ages are 60 to 806 used bedrooms and other 4 used sofa ( not used mattresses in garage).Otherwise, generally good.

• Tennis getaway

  5 ladies attending a tennis tournament at Surprise Tennis Center which was only a convenient 5 minute drive. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for us. House was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The weather was too cold to use the swimming pool as it’s not heated. Being from Hawaii we were challenged to get the heating to a comfortable temperature but maintenance man came and helped us. The internet did not work for one lady who was trying to conduct business. Lily, the property manager, the owner, and maintenance tried to resolve the problem but we were too busy to spend time troubleshooting. Luckily one of our ladies had some kind of satellite data provider so we used that. Lily allowed us an early check in which was great. I was very impressed with her responsiveness to our questions and requests! She had the “Aloha” spirit!

• Weekend stay

  It was a pleasant experience, I nice time to beat the heat, had a brief moment of discomfort with the upstairs air but we remedied it. Nice time was had. Thank you.

• Very Enjoyable

  This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family Easter vacation! We've never stayed at an Airbnb that had plenty of toilet paper, towels, silverware etc. There were a lot of blankets and extra sheets for the two hide-a-beds. Dishes were clean in the cupboards and there was laundry soap and more. The pool was spotless and the kids really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive with messaging and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, even going so far as to order a propane griddle and have it delivered for outdoor cooking. We definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again!
