5/5 Everything about this home is first class. It’s nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. Bonus, the home is close to everything in Surprise. My husband and I rented for three and half months and can say you will not be disappointed.

5/5 Extremely clean and comfortable bedding. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving dishes etc. location to the clubhouse was very close. Heard a few golf balls hit the house one day but it was too cold to sit outside in January with an eastern exposure on the patio. Management was very responsive.

Home Away From Home
5/5 This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It had everything and more than we could ever ask for. Everything was high end and a complete pleasure. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the friendliness of the Security Guards and the entire neighborhood. David was very responsive. However, I can not say the same for the "Evolve" system. You might want to double check "Evolve" response time. Everything else was Perfect!!
