4/5 Accommodations were fine and had everything we needed. Beds were okay. We had a little trouble unlocking front door, but problem was solved. Outdoor area was nice.

3/5 The house is in a nice location. You do not deal directly with the owner. There is a management company. Prior to the trip it was difficult to communicate. Once we were there they were responsive for most things. The house itself is nice however needs some repair: towel hooks are falling or fell off the wall, pool cleaner broken. Furniture appears to be cheap with a barstool damaged, cheap metal side tables. The inside of the shower stalls were painted and are now peeling off. Front door lock needs work. The air conditioning intake filter needs replaced, kitchen table did not accommodate the number of people in the house. We had Six people in our group and no one thought the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice. The outdoor space is nice. Unfortunately the cleaning staff did not do their job especially in the showers. That should have been looked at prior to check in. Overall we had a nice time. The house is nice just needs some attention.
