3/5 The HOA has the most rude, hostile persons working at check in. The amenities (pool, tennis courts, pickleball, golf) were not available to us as the HOA group claimed the property was not part of the country club; which, of course, it was. The owners and contact person were excellent. The house could have been cleaner when we arrived; the floors were not mopped. Overall disappointing as we were looking forward to the pool and down time in the sun.
