- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located on the front gate facing the driveway and entrance, camera 2 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located on the front door facing the entrance, and camera 3 is located on the house facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when motion is detected by the devices (or when the video doorbell buttons are pressed)
- The property is located in a 45+ community. Guests under 45 years old are allowed to book, but one person in your party must be at least 40 years old. Additionally, guests under 19 years old may not stay for more than 30 days due to Sun Lakes community’s policies

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- There is keyless entry on both the front gate and the front door 
- The code for each door lock is the same, it is the last 4 digits of the phone number used on your Evolve reservation. Enter the code followed by #. Example: if the guest’s phone number is 555-555-1234; the code is 1234# on both
- To lock the front door from the outside, close completely then press and hold the # sign until you hear the door lock engage and the door seal shut. The locking could take 5-10 seconds
- The gate door will lock automatically within 10 seconds every time it is unlocked to keep the things in the garage safe
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave the garage door openers and golf cart key inside  
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave slept-in beds unmade and leave the linens on the bed
- Place all used towels in a pile 
- Disconnect any personal streaming services
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors. The gate will automatically lock when closed
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- One on-site renter must be at least 40 years of age or older
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
- There is a digital antenna for local channels and a Roku to connect to your personal streaming services

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The community amenities are available with an additional processing fee of $250/person (optional) paid to the Sun Lakes HOA
- To use any and all amenities, at least one guest must fill out a Sun Lakes Rental Form and present it to the HOA office located at 25219 Robson Blvd (+/- 2 min away from the house) and you will receive an SL member’s card
- Rental forms are found in the Welcome Book in the house or can be emailed to you upon request to the Guest Service Contact  
- A waiver is required prior to using the golf cart. If you wish to use the golf cart, please complete, sign, and leave the waiver found in the Welcome Book in the house or the form can be emailed to you upon request to the Guest Service Contact
- The property is located in a 45+ community. Guests under 45 years old are allowed to book, but one person in your party must be at least 40 years old. Additionally, guests under 19 years old may not stay for more than 30 days due to Sun Lakes community’s policies

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
- The golf cart will be parked in the garage for your use (after signing the waiver) and there may be 1 additional spot available to park inside unless the owner’s car is parked in there
- Garage door openers & golf cart key are located inside the home
