  This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen is the best of any VRBO we have stayed at. It is well stocked and a cook’s dream. Don’t bother to pack shampoo, soap etc, you won’t need it. The owners think if everything. Love this home!

• Loved The Space

  We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Everything was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai after our daily adventures watching the golfers and soaking up the sun. Actually we enjoyed it so much, we booked it for next year.

  Very clean and good location for what we needed. Comfy beds, kitchen well stocked. Water heater could be set a little higher….

  The house is updated and clean located in a retirement community that is on a nice golf course. Some of the not-so-good things are: 1)Two of the bathroom sinks did not drain. 2) The TV service is limited to LG channels only, so we were not able to watch the Super Bowl. Big disappointment! 3) Sun City is pretty far west, not very convenient to the hub of Phoenix. 4) The Luke Air Force Base is located nearby, and jets fly over day and night. 5) Mowing of the golf course took place at 4 am on two mornings which caused more disruption to sleep.

  Hi Laura, we appreciate your feedback and understand that some aspects of your stay weren’t ideal. We want guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we’ve taken care of the following:
  - The bathroom sinks have been fixed and now drain properly.
  - The TV includes local channels and had access to the Super Bowl.
  - Sun City is in the western Phoenix metro area, and while Luke Air Force Base is nearby, jets don’t typically fly at night. The home is also set back from the golf course, and keeping the windows closed should help minimize early morning mowing noise.
  - We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped with these concerns in real time.
