  What a joy it was to have found a wonderful home in Sedona. The house was set up nicely, with the deck arranged perfectly for the spectacular views! Actually, the views were wonderful from the house as well. Close to everything! Who wouldn't want to go there?

  This is a beautiful guesthouse, that doesn’t feel like a “guest” house. Very high ceilings, tremendous views, gorgeous landscaping, and quite clean. The only issue was a dead outlet on the patio, which happened to be the only outlet that I could plug in the 120V trickle charger to our electric rental car. I called Don to see if we could come up with any solutions. He was rude and bothered upon answering the phone, and continued the attitude through the entire conversation. I let him know that I pushed the reset button on the GFCI and checked all the breakers. I asked if there was an extension cord in the house that I could borrow, and Don went on a rant about electric car charging not being included and that he doesn’t have a charger installed. I explained to him that I have a 120V charger and that it pulls much less electricity than most home appliances and the real issue (which is a very minor issue) is that the outlet is dead. Don asked me what kind of car I had rented, to which I said Tesla, and this infuriated him to no end. Tesla, an American made electric vehicle, should appeal to both Republicans and Democrats, so maybe Don works for an oil company and feels threatened by this? After paying near $2000 to Don to stay at his place, he called me ridiculous and unbelievable, then he hung up on me. I don’t know why Don is so mad, but don’t bother Don(even though his name and number are displayed in numerous places in the house). I have stayed at rental houses that were dirty upon check-in, called the contact, and I was treated with much more respect than Don showed. I have never had this poor of a customer experience with a rental home than Don provided. Lonnie, the property manager, who you will get a text from is the right person to call. Although Lonnie didn’t have a solution per se for the dead outlet, he apologized for Don and was professional. He suggested I could purchase an extension cord or use the many charging stations in Sedona. Overall, if Don isn’t involved, this place is 5 stars. *side note- Don’s wife, who I overheard on the phone call, seems like a sweet lady.*

  My sister and I enjoyed this lovely 2 Master bedroom home. Easy access to all you could desire. Great views in a quiet neighborhood.

  The property is exactly as it’s described on the web site. Don was great on getting back to me with any questions. Highly recommend & looking forward to going back.
