4/5 We had a mixed experience at our recent stay in this home. The location is definitely a plus — the neighborhood felt safe, and about 5 minutes from everything.That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Many of the interior doors stuck badly, scraping the floor or door frames and wearing off the paint. The door codes provided didn’t work upon arrival, so we had to track down the key, which was frustrating after a long trip. The washer and dryer are hidden in an exterior-access room that we didn’t discover until the third day — and even then, the door was locked. When we finally got in, the washer still had used sheets inside, and the dryer had towels plus about 3 inches of lint in the trap. We ended up rewashing everything. The pool area is nice but unfortunately water was too cold to swim in. The garbage disposal wasn’t working, and the house had an overwhelming amount of clutter — lots of pictures, plants, and knickknacks that made the space feel a bit cramped and chaotic. Also, several light switches throughout that didn’t seem to do anything.Communication at first was quite difficult — we didn’t get responses to our VRBO messages or emails. However, once we were able to reach someone, they were very helpful and flexible with our schedule, which we really appreciated.Overall, the home has potential and is in a great spot, but it could use some maintenance, decluttering, and better guest communication.

4/5 Overall, the house looked just like the pictures. The host was generous enough to let us have an early check in. However, communication was not the best throughout the duration of the stay. Location is excellent for walking to Old Town Scottsdale and the stadium. I would book again.
