Overall, a very nice stay
4/5 Check in was easy and the condo was very clean with the exception of one shower. However we were quite surprised to find that the door code we were given was the same code published in the condos information booklet….a little unsettling ….though a call to the owner had a new door code programmed in and the dirty bathroom issue taken care of- both within the hour. Grounds in the complex were beautifully maintained and it was very nice to walk the complex. The pool is a gem….heated and very clean. Nice location for exploring the Phoenix metropolitan area.A couple suggestions to the host…- A large pot and strainer are needed for cooking pasta.- Screen on slider was unusable and needs to be repaired- Entrance door was tricky and we were locked out one evening for over an hour until the booking agent could reach maintenance. Hinges were tightened and he showed us how to pull on the door while punching the code.
