Nice place to stay
5/5 The apartment had everything two or four people would need. It was very clean, everything was in good working order. We were able to walk to our destinations in Old Town Scottsdale and it was a quick ride to and from the airport. Our favourite part was the patio! Because we had such good weather, if we were not sleeping we were in that outdoor space.

Lovely and super clean unit near Old Scottsdale
5/5 If anyone has ever stayed in this unit we couldn't tell. Everything looked brand new and super clean. The host had directions and instructions for everything. There was even a roll of quarters if needed for the laundry room. The apartment building is pretty non-descript, but it was super quiet after dark. Very close to Old Scottsdale. The sleeper couch is in its own room and comfortable. We used the back patio and ping pong table. It had an off-street parking space. The host was great and exactly what we wanted while in town for baseball spring training. Excellent unit

5/5 We enjoyed everything about our 2025 VRBO experience at the apartment we stayed at March 6-13. The reservation process was easy and efficient, the directions and information for entering the property were clear and accurate, the property was clean and well maintained, and the location was great.
As stated we enjoyed our week lots and thank the property owners, managers, and staff who provided the wonderful facility and environment.

5/5 This place was perfect for our trip. Close to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town, we were always close to what we wanted to do.

Quick trip
5/5 We came to Phoenix for a family members surgery, close to hospital, very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
