2/5 The house was beautiful and spacious. However, it was dirty in several areas, looks like it’s clean just in the most viewed areas but not properly cleaned. The playpen that was in the house was extremely dirty, one of the rooms had clothing and crumbs under furniture, some dishes, pillows and all the chairs from dining area. The beds were noisy, every move you could hear them. Not sure if owner is aware of this, but I recommend to get this addressed for future customers to experience better quality on their stay.

- A pre-arrival check was completed by the cleaning team, and at that time, the home was considered guest-ready. That said, the homeowner takes your comments seriously and is following up with the cleaning team to address the concerns you raised, especially in less visible areas and with items like the playpen.
- They were unaware of the noise issues with the beds and are now inspecting them to determine whether repairs or replacements are needed.
We appreciate you sharing this feedback so the homeowner can continue making improvements for future guests.3/5 It was nice and spacious. Oven did not heat properly. The carpets upstairs was very dirty. Needs to be shampooed. Not sure if you are checking up on your cleaning crew. But i honestly dont think it was worth me paying the cleaning fee.i left it cleaner than I arrived
