3/5 Location is close to town. House needs some TLC. Could have been cleaner. Mold in shower. Patio furniture is shabby with broken pots. Needs a new couch as the existing one is very uncomfortable. Host was very responsive.

Large, comfortable home in location convenient to downtown Prescott
5/5 Large, comfortable, clean home in convenient location to downtown Prescott. Ample driveway parking. Outdoor sitting areas in back and side of home. Nice selection of children's and other books, along with some toys and games. Home is amply furnished and well supplied with amenities except that shampoo or bath soap/body wash was not provided. The bath tub drain does not seal to hold water. All in all, a nice home, and nice location from which to enjoy Prescott.
