Nice Find!!
5/5 Our visit to this house was perfect for our trip. We were at the annual Run to the Pines car show. This location is in the neighborhood where the show is held and made it super easy to attend the show. There was plenty of room on the property to park two trucks with trailers. The house was cozy and beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils to accommodate our group for a sit down meal. There was another review that mentioned the dim lighting in the house. It is and at times we needed to use the lights on our phones to read something. The master bedroom is large enough it could've had it's own bathroom with a shower. This house that accommodates 8 people only has 1 shower. It can be a challenge to coordinate when someone gets to shower. The look of a log cabin makes this place charming and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice find!!
Great Break From the Phoenix Heat
5/5 This was our second year staying at the Lazy Bear. We absolutely love the place. The cabin is perfect and the location in the pines is wonderful. We want to rent the Lazy Bear again next summer. But, unfortunately, I can't find any rental dates available for the Lazy Bear on Evolve. Hopefully, dates will become available soon. We love being in Pinetop in the summer and the Lazy Bear is definitely our number one choice to be. We were only there for a week this summer, but would definitely stay longer next year if dates become available. BTW, they don't call it Lazy Bear for nothing. On two nights during our stay we had a bear visit the cabin and enjoyed eating whatever it was out of our garbage can. We actually saw the bear at 0330 going through the garbage can. It was kind of exciting and a little bit scary, but we're in the woods and bears live there too. Still, I want to keep coming back because the cabin's location and amenities are exactly what we want.

5/5 We enjoyed staying for two weeks. The cabin was clean and well cared for and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was quiet amongst the beautiful pines.

Cozy
5/5 This property is smaller than perceived by the photos, but was comfortable for my family of 6. My only complaint is the cabin is very dark. Even with all the lights on and windows open. Be aware there are two bathrooms, but only 1 shower/tub in a cabin that sleeps 8. Luckily we never ran out of hot water! My kids love this place. We would definitely stay again.
