• A perfect cabin for our entire family- THANKSGIVING

  So Thankful & Grateful we found this cabin. It was perfect for our family. All 4 of our kids and spouses were able to join us for Thanksgiving this year. Along with our 6 grandchildren. All 4 and under. The cabin had ports cribs, a high chair, toys and plenty of leaves to play in in the front yard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were minutes from the grocery store, movies and a fun park. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Fishers- Queen Creek AZ

• Clean but needs TLC

  Overall house was clean but don’t stay if you need AC. the house can’t be opened up to cool off. Only about 2 windows that open with screens. Very dark inside the house- hard to see. The front porch had a pile of leaves to walk through to get into house. We cleaned them up. The back porch had lights down - we called to have fixed and no response. We also cleaned off the back deck as it had not been done in awhile. No hot water in the master bathroom upstairs and the large tub did not hold water. Downstairs master bath - you have to leave water run for a long time to get hot water in the shower. The sink never did warm up. For the amount of money spent check in and check out times should be extended. Bunk beds also cannot be used as too wobbly. Good points - the house is large enough for a bigger family use.

  - Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the house spacious and suitable for larger families, but disappointed to learn that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Your experience is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and we can confirm that we do not advertise an AC as an available amenity, but do offer ceiling and floor fans. However, we take guest feedback seriously and we will add additional floor fans so there is one in each room.
  - We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the leaves on the front porch and the back deck. Our cleaning team has been made aware to address these areas more thoroughly in the future. Additionally, we had our Handyman replace any light bulbs as needed. We recently installed new plumbing fixtures, unfortunately, the valve wasn't installed properly. The plumber has since fixed the hot water issue. The Handyman also tightened the bolts on the bunk bed.
  - We have a lot of same-day check-ins so we need to provide enough time after check-out for the home to be thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next guest. If there isn't a same-day check-in or check-out, we are happy to accommodate earlier check-ins or later check-outs for our guests.

• Great overall with minor issues

  The house was great and I loved the cozy feel. Our only issue was that the beds were too soft or not comfortable and the pillows we all flat and need to be replaced.
