2023 AZ trip
4/5 Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen/main room with cool gas stove that is thermostatically controlled. Cookware needs updating, as is my experience with rentals. People treat other's property like shxx! Huge garage that would be awesome if better organized.

Not worth it in my opinion
5/5 Communication wasn’t easy at all with the owner. Also, the earliest I was allowed to check in was 3:30 and it was like pulling teeth to even get that 30 minutes early so check in process was ridiculous. Cob webs everywhere in the house, secondary bathroom shower was very low water pressure with most of the a water coming out of the bottom. I’ll be going somewhere else next time for sure
