• Great Stay in Phoenix

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and accurate. The unit was clean and well stocked. Even though the unit backs on to a busy road, it was very quiet inside. We did not use the pool, as it was unheated and it was too chilly. On a hot summer day, I'm sure it would be great.

  The location was fantastic for our purposes. We were attending a wedding at The Secret Garden, and it was only a 7 minute drive away. This location is also great for getting to the airport, and on to the many freeways that connect Phoenix. There is a Fry's grocery store just a few minutes away, as well as many restaurants.

  The kitchen was well stocked with supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, coffee, etc. We didn't use the laundry, but noticed that there was laundry soap provided as well.

  Only two suggestions - the unit could have used a side table or coffee table in the living room. It made it a bit awkward to sit on the couch, and we sat at the dining table instead. There is glass block in the walls of two of the bedrooms. While this helps bring light in during the day, there is a streetlight outside that lit up the rooms at night. If there were a curtain that could be pulled across this at night, it would help with sleeping.

  We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again for sure.

• Lovely house and amenities

  We came down to be with family; it’s close to so many things and feels very safe. it’s clean, cool, and has everything one needs. although its backyard is on a busy street, you couldn’t hear any of it while in the house. the host Julie is the best! we’ll definitely stay again when we come.
