Great location, little dirty
4/5 The location of this property was amazing, quick drive to lots of shopping and food, and close to the freeway. We were staying here for the Innings Festival in Tempe, which was a very quick drive! We were 15 to 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale, Tempe, & Phoenix. Checking in and out was a breeze, and we enjoyed having a washing machine on site. The tiny home was cute and had what we needed for a quick stay, however it could have been a little cleaner. There was a little mold in the shower and the bathroom was a bit mildewy. Everything seemed to need a bit of a wipe down, they had one bottle of bleach cleaner and some paper towels that we were able to use. I'd also recommend bringing a blanket and your own pillows for the bed, we were a bit chilly with the top sheet and very thin throw blanket that was provided. Overall, it was a great weekend stay & a perfect spot for a couple!

Cottage A stay during Heart of the Desert dog show
5/5 Staying in the cottage was a real treat. While it is smaller than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in with my dogs, it was actually perfect. At the event we were attending, days were long and tiring so the privacy of the cottage was the welcome. There was a fenced yard but I brought my own ground cover and pen to further limit dog access to the yard. It was very comfortable and if I come back to the area and need lodging, I will definitely try to stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing
4/5 Great tiny house. Clean and welcoming. Great fenced in yard for my dog. Easy checking in and out. Great having a washer dryer on site. Shower was small and difficult to wash in.
