  We were in town for a funeral. 7 of us stayed here and were absolutely satisfied with the accommodations. Very clean, quiet, and secure Would definitely stay again!

• Great Place !!

  This is a great place for a larger group of people. Lots of space and not on top of each other. Everything was as presented in the description and pictures. It was a great place to come back to at night after busy days with family events etc. It is in a quiet neighborhood which was a bonus for being in the city. Clean and well supplied with all we needed for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. A big extra was the great game selection !!

  Nice property and we would definitely stay again next time we are in the area ....

  We were in Phx for a family function. This home was perfect for us. Everything was clean, orderly and very convenient. There were seven adults and we all agreed that we would definitely return here if the need arose.

• Nearly perfect, with a couple exceptions

  The house is located in an “interesting“ neighborhood, but it was very convenient for us. Inside, the house is beautiful and very well appointed with a well equipped kitchen, and very nice bedrooms. Everything function properly and the rental contact person was very responsive to our questions and needs. There were, however, two big negatives for us. First, the floors were very dirty. Not so much to the naked eye, but when we walked around, barefoot, we discovered our bottoms of our feet were absolutely black. Given the amount of the cleaning deposit, we would expect the floors to be a lot cleaner. Second, the flooring in the entryway, and the sunken living room is identical and creates an optical illusion that caused my sister who is 71 years old to fall down because she couldn’t see that there was a step there. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured, but it was a very scary moment. I would suggest putting some kind of a transition strip on the edge of the stair, or perhaps a throw rug to increase the contrast so that it is more obvious that there’s a step down into the living room.

• We really enjoyed our stay.

  We booked the house for a group of health coaches for a conference. There are five bedrooms. And three bathrooms. It was a great location and a nice neighborhood we felt safe and had a lot of room to visit comfortably. Close to a Starbucks and a lot of places to eat and shop. The host messaged us upon checkin so we could contact them with any issues but we didn't have any. It was great. We would stay here again.
