Spring Training trip
4/5 Overall the house was just what was need for our group of 8. Nice big table to eat and play games all together. Great area to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather and visit. Hot tub and pool needed cleaned, customer service was quick to get that done and we were able enjoyed the Hot tub .

Good, but nothing great.
4/5 My family gathered here for a winter break. We had plenty of room and the location was great for Spring Training Baseball. The neighborhood was great, quiet, and felt safe. The house has a few small flaws, the water pressure and water heater need some help. It took 5-10 minutes to get hot water to the showers and sinks. The water pressure was so low that washing dishes took a while, as did the showers. The pool heating was set at 65 degrees, so it was not warm enough to use. Luckily the hot tub worked well.The house has plenty of room for a large group (we had 9), and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor area is good, but all the cushions are very worn and uncomfortable to sit on. I think the patio is a little over crowded, made it difficult to manuever.Overall, it is a good place, but nothing great.
