River Front Property
4/5 The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. Additionally, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the parking area. Our child's feet were black from walking on the floor upon arrival, requiring us to clean the floors. I also had to rewash the dishes, silverware, and pans before we could use them.

Loved this property!
5/5 We stayed here over a weekend and absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved being right on the river and being able to fish right off the dock. We will be back!

Nice area
4/5 The apartment was in a nice location close to the dam for crossing over into California, Lake Havasu tourist area, and some good restaurants - especially Havasu Springs. It was nice to be right on the Colorado River to watch the birds float by. It was very quiet area.
The kitchen utensils were very dirty and there could have been more plates and cereal bowls. Bed was comfy. The walk-in closet was great to have for organizing the cloths. Facecloths were a bit stained.
We enjoyed our visits from Parker, the cat!
