Great location!
4/5 Property is as shown. Great location, plenty of accessories (dishes, cookware, towels,etc). As many have said, the master bedroom mattress is very hard. It wasn’t unbearable but definitely not comfy. It was cold and rainy during our stay so we did not use the pool or backyard amenities . However, it was appeared well kept and had plenty of space to accommodate a large family. Would definitely stay again if the mattress were upgraded

Great space!
3/5 Overall, this house had everything we needed for four adults and three kids under 10. The space on the property was perfect! The four bedrooms are on their own wing of the house, which was great for adult time after the kids went to bed. There was plenty of seating and almost everything we needed in the kitchen. The yard is huge with a grassy area, big patio with space for outdoor hosting and cooking, and the pool was clean and spacious, although it was too cold for us to swim in February. The kids loved the play area and toys.Our main concern was communication with management. I felt ghosted after the day of arrival. I was texted a number to use as needed, which I did upon arrival because there wasn't a Wi-Fi password listed in the house binder. I got a response about it within 30 mins. The next day the shower handle in the master bath broke off. I texted them with photos, got no response, but the text showed that it was delivered and read. And we had a problem with the grill the day after, and although I sent texts from different locations and times throughout the day, the texts showed they weren't even delivered. Sending a text through SMS got no response either. We just changed our plans to grill.The pool safety gate was broken and the playset needed some love. The house was overall clean, but I don't think the floors were mopped as our feet were dirty walking around,We really enjoyed our stay, and the property had everything we needed. Great stay
4/5 We loved the home and location, and if you want to explore the area I would recommend this property to anyone. The only negative was the lack of WiFi info in the sign in book, which I am sure is corrected already.
