Clean, Close to Trails
4/5 We loved the clean, well-appointed home. Everything was in place. Usenet Pass park was within easy distance.

Disappointing experience
3/5 Nice, large home in a lovely neighborhood. However, there was something wrong with the water lines and we continually experienced banging and rattling of water pipes behind the refrigerator and under the kitchen sink. A plumber was called but never showed up.While the family room furniture is nice, it is not very comfortable.There were many items we would have expected to be provided that were not such as dishwasher pods, extra paper towels, foil, baggies, waste baskets in every bathroom, a pen and scratch pad, dish cloths. The rugs in the master bedroom were filthy and I had to wash them before using.There are no TVs in the upstairs bedrooms or in any of the sitting areas except for the living room.The downstairs thermostat doesn't work.For the price we paid, I was not impressed.

Beautiful home for family trip
5/5 Absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom home with pool and hot tub! Lots of space for family to spread out. Nice quiet residential area in gated community. Near restaurants, grocery store and things to do.First time visitors to Mesa - came to see Cubs spring training and will definitely be back!

Wedding Trip
5/5 Very nice place in a quiet subdivision. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and the check in/check out process was very easy. Only thing we noticed is that the floors were quite dirty. Noticed our son’s clothes and hands were dirty after crawling around for a couple of minutes. Other than that the place was amazing.
