Looked better in the pictures
2/5 The rental unit was not in very good shape for guests. There was no propane in the tanks, the drains were clogged with hair, the washer contained old dried towels and the coffee pot contained old dried grounds. Not good. It actually could be a very nice place with some upgrades. The bed were very uncomfortable. The inside and outside couches were well used and also uncomfortable. In addition, the covered parking area was full of dirt and dried leaves which we tracked into the unit. We were disappointed that we couldn't check in early because, we were told after two weeks of trying to contact the host, that someone was checking out that day and early wouldn't work. No one checked out that day. We were lied to. To top is all off, we paid a premium for the rental with the owner getting a 350 owner fee. Stay away from this rental unless changes are made.

Fun in the Havasu sun!
5/5 Had a great time here! Loved the upstairs balcony for the beautiful sunsets! Perfect location close to the state beach and rental companies close by! Great place to stay!

5/5 Clean place, sleeps a lot of people if you need that. Great views. Loved the covered parking during summer.
