Really enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the nice views of the surrounding area with the golf course, bridge, lake and mountains. Easy access to the Shoreline Trail and close proximity to the major attractions in the area.

Condo was generally nice. As other guests have mentioned carpets could be easily cleaned and need it. But really, not having enough T.P. was extremely unexpected. (Barely a 1/3 roll; no extras in unit - not enough for 5 days) We had to get our own! Although we called several times, Debbie, from "happy home cleaners" never called/contacted us regarding T.P. issue. (Didn't feel like you really meant it by claiming Evolve would "make it right") However the owner did contact us regarding the leaking toilet base (O ring?) fairly soon. We were able to use towels to address toilet leak. There is no "dining table" as mentioned in listing. Some spices were good until 2013.... All of the other condos I've rented have fully stocked kitchens with blenders so this one not having a blender was a surprise. Also a surprise was the washer/dryer. Why not mention that in the listing? We did like the view and the furnishings were comfortable. I liked the general layout. Thankful for the humidifier. Sitting on the balcony was also very nice. Great location.

- The TP issue has been resolved and we will ensure it is stocked accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- We did have a blender at the home but think it may have been broken or walked away. We will look into this and replace it if necessary.
- We thought the washer/dryer were listed as amenities, we will have this listed right away.
- We do not have enough room for a dining table but utilize the entire kitchen island as the gathering place.
- We have the carpets cleaned 2-3 times per year, they are light color and can show stains pretty easily, again we apologize for the inconvenience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we are known for."
The condo is great! Perfect location and beautiful view of the London Bridge. Condo has every thing you need. Great pool and bbq area.
We really enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again.

Some housecleaning needed, bathroom rugs dirty, as well as hot water needed in master bathroom, no Kleenex tissues in either bathrooms, kitchen stove very difficult to use.

Hi Diane, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. Also, the stovetop can be a little tricky to use, however, it does operate correctly. I have some step-by-step instructions near the stove to clarify how to operate the stovetop.
- We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
