Plenty of space for two families
5/5 This is a very spacious house for 8-10 people. The pictures make it seem a bit more updated but it was fine for us. Very well stocked for cooking all your meals. Very accommodating for a family vacation, good neighborhood, quiet except the busy street. Great views. Comfortable beds.

Quick trip for family wedding
5/5 This property worked well when our family was in Lake Havasu City for a nieces wedding. There were 7 adults and 3 kids and it held us all comfortably. The house needs a little TLC because things are showing wear but it was clean.
