• BEWARE!!!

  If you like BEDBUGS and NO AIR CONDITIONING this is the place for you!!!

  We checked in on a Thursday afternoon and the A/C was not working so I contacted the owner Sue, she said she would have a tech come on Friday. We had to wait at the house for half the day only for him to tell us he couldn’t get the part until Monday. So for 5 days in the middle of July we had no A/C. On the third day we found BEDBUGS in two of the rooms!!!

  We had to strip the bedding in ALL of the rooms and bleached them in hot water. We put all the blankets on the beds in the garage, we didn’t need them anyways because it was 90 degrees in the house!! The bath tubs were filthy with hair and black specks of mold or something.

  These were our main concerns, but there was more.

  Please don’t let their pictures fool you, I have my own.

  I made the owners and Evolve know everything we had to deal with and sent them pictures of everything and their response was “Well because you stayed there we can’t reimburse you”.

  I asked them “where were the 10 of us to go last minute?”

  We're sorry the unexpected A/C issue impacted your stay. As soon as we were notified, we promptly arranged for an HVAC technician to inspect the system. While the required replacement part was unfortunately unavailable until the next business day, we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also thoroughly inspected the home following your reported pest concern and found no evidence to substantiate the presence of bed bugs. We take the cleanliness and maintenance of our home very seriously and appreciate all guest feedback as we continue to provide a comfortable experience for future travelers.

  A family gathering in the finest house! We all were overwhelmed with the absolute beauty of this home. Sitting on top a hill that overlooks Lake Havasu we enjoyed the pool and out door life reserved for the elite! On the inside we relaxed in style and comfort, with plenty of room. The kitchen was next level with all the amenities to prepare meals and just visit and enjoy food and company! Everyone of my family members were overwhelmed at the choice of home we made as we were! Thanks to the owners for their generosity in letting the public experience such luxury! Thank you so very much! John.

• Beautiful house

  The house itself is beautiful, but not very clean. Some of the kitchen cabinets were sticky, there there was dirty utensils in the drawer, we had to wash the bath towels because they stunk. There was wads of hair on the bedrooms and bathroom floors. In one of the bathroom tubs the drain was covered with hair and debris. The backyard needs work, not very inviting, but the view is amazing. The BBQ was very dirty and we were left with no propane.

  We did get a quick response from the owner when we had a problem with the A.C.

  Hopefully these things will be taken care of before the next guest.

  Hi Kathy, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -Unfortunately, the previous guest also mentioned similar concerns. We are currently addressing these issues with our cleaning service. Our cleaner has been facing personal challenges, and we have noticed a decline in the quality of cleaning. We are considering making a change to ensure our high standards are maintained. We take great pride in offering a clean home, and these reviews are distressing and disappointing to us.
  -We are in the process of upgrading the backyard but haven't yet had the time to complete it. The pool is well-maintained, the view is stunning, and there is a nice table with chairs available for guests. Regarding the barbecue, our cleaner typically does not clean it despite our requests, so we have posted a sign asking guests to clean it after use to ensure it is ready for the next guest.
  -There are three tanks of propane on the property: one at the barbecue and two in the garage. This information is included in the property instruction book on the kitchen counter. There were two full tanks in the garage during your stay.
  -The guest experienced an issue with the air conditioning. They set two of the air conditioners too low, causing cold air from the living room unit to affect the thermostat of the third unit, which then did not function properly. Closing the bedroom doors exacerbated the issue, making the rooms very hot. This was not a system problem. We advised the guest to raise the living room temperature at night to allow the bedroom air conditioner to work correctly. Adjusting the fan and living room temperature resolved the issue. This was the first time we encountered such a problem, and we were able to assist the guest.
  -We sincerely apologize that the accommodations did not meet the guest's expectations.

• Breathtaking

  The pictures don't do this gorgeous property justice. The house is huge..I got lost in the house when I first went to find the garage haha! Spotless clean, a very detailed book to explain and find everything- we called it the house bible. The view from the infinity pool edge is breathtaking. We asked to bump up the heat of the pool temperature, and it was dine immediately. Communication with the owners and property managers were instant and they were very kind! We will be back!
