Great location, Very Clean
5/5 My family was in town for graduation ceremonies, this location was perfect, close to both ASU Tempe and West campuses. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the owners put thoughtful touches for travelers everywhere. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding, bathrooms were extremely clean with small bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed from condiments, coffee, creamer, spices, all we had to do was bring the main ingredients and we had a meal! There is two comfortable areas to relax and watch some TV with family. The pool was delightful with perfect temperatures inside and out of the pool. Sunscreen and pool floats was provided by the owners with large, absorbing beach towels. There was plenty seating poolside for lounging. The neighborhood was quiet with a walking trail right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay in this home and would definitely rent again when we come back to the area.

Great House
4/5 The house was great and extremely well stocked. Very clean and nice master bedroom. Minor items were the traffic noise and the pool needs a few patching and painting.. Ideal for a young family.
