Nice home, great view, well located
5/5 We were in Fountain Hills for a family Thanksgiving get -together and this house was pretty close to where we needed to be. Our muti-generational group (Great grandmothers, grandparents, mothers, fathers and kids) all agreed it was good. Clean, nice kitchen GREAT views, well appointed bedrooms. We were a little surprised to see that there were 4 bedrooms on the second floor with only one bathroom but it worked out because there were three sinks and two dressing areas. The host contact was very responsive and cordial. One small suggestion for this host- they did not supply kleenex in the bathrooms, maybe you could add that to your shopping list? The rest was great thank you very much.

Girls trip
5/5 The property is beautiful and well maintained. The view is to die for. We would stay again. One more full bath would be ideal, but the layout of the existing helps. Communication was great.

Fantastic to begin with yet little things make it 5 star!
5/5 Foundationally, this home had everything to make our 8 night stay with five adults and two teens, superb. Refreshingly clean, ample kitchenware, plenty of space for two families, appropriately-heated pool and spa, well-functioning technology in the door lock, Alexa and TVs (including outdoor TV). WiFi is strong enough to stream on several devices and two TVs. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a fabulous sunrise view, yet quick convenience to Safeway and Target. Yet it was the little things we want to mention that elevate our rating. An entire pantry available for all our Spring Break snacks and beverages. Round, clear ice balls from the freezer kept our whiskey drinkers happy. Great-sized washer and dryer. The outdoor towel rack was handy and used daily. Being able to start the Spa with Alexa was an easy hands off solution to working the hot tub. Melamine dinner and glassware ensured no breakables out at the pool where we spent a majority of our time. The pool noodles w/beverage holders, sun loungers, putting green, bags set, outdoor gas fire pit and large beach towels were well received. It’s rare that we find all these outdoor amenities clean and functional - these indeed were!
