Perfect weather, perfect house
5/5 This house was perfect for our annual girls weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed for our group of seven. We appreciated the plentiful and comfortable bedrooms as well as the large bathrooms/showers complete with shampoos, soaps and hair dryers. But the best part by far for our group was the beautiful pool area and large hot tub which we used every day of our stay. We will definitely return to this house again!

5/5 The house is well-maintained and super clean the pool and hot tub area is incredible and the owner was so responsive and helped with any questions. We had the circular driveway worked out wonderful for my truck and trailer to pull in and out of the property to top it off there was a pizza place within walking distance that was incredible. Will be back

Fun getaway with friends
5/5 We had a great time in Fountain Hills, and especially enjoyed the spacious and fun outdoor space. The view is lovely and private, the pool is great and so many games to keep the kids entertained. The fire pit was lovely in the evening. The house is clean and everything looks new and in perfect condition. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Our group felt perfectly at home and would love to stay here again.

Amazing!
5/5 We have rented multiple properties in the past, but this one was by far the best. Beautiful location, immaculate yard, and the owner put a lot of thought and care into the decor and amenities. Would recommend to all of our family and friends. Our entire group loved the house, thank you for being great hosts!
