5/5 Host was very responsive. We even had a heat issue one of the nights turns out the pilot light was out on one of the furnaces and the owner had 4 space heaters delivered within a couple hours. This was very much appreciated. Heat issue was fixed next day.Some of the early reviews on here mention that the outside deck needed some TLC but at our stay on 12/25 it is a brand new paver deck, really nice. We enjoyed the dirt road access and land that the property had, felt like you were more out of town than you really were. Less than 10 min to Little America if you’re doing North Pole Experience. You would definitely need 4x if it was snowy. Other than that it was comfortable and had a cabin feel. Large open central area with an open loft up above and all the rooms/bathrooms lining each side of main central area. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
