Huge House
4/5 The house was very nice. We arrived late on our check in date, not noticing the followng until our second day. The couch needs to be updated. It was very uncomfortable. When anyone sat in it, they could fill the springs. The beds were comfortable, but the linen could have been better. There was only one tv that was not a smart tv, so we only received 8 chanels. The kitchen could have had more plates, fork, knives, and spoons. The pots and pans were ok for what cooking we did.
The rug in the family room was very dirty. I would stay here again, if I knew that they disposed of the rug and got better furniture. Like I said the house was beautiful and so was the location.

Family wedding reunion
5/5 We loved the property and it suited our 7 adults very well. We enjoyed the views and used the paddleboat. We found the dishwasher full of items when we arrived and it was apparent that deep cleaning under the sofa was not done for some time. The hot water in the master took a very long time to be available. The HVAC was comfortable and the ceiling fans were pleasant. The beds were comfortable. We really didn't use the TVs at all. It would be nice to have Spotify access through the Roku

5/5 Property is as advertised. Plenty of room, clean towels and not close to Phoenix. Chandler is a nice city and the house was very nice.
