CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM. NO LATE check out during peak season. Minimum fee of $35 for late check out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room (please wash used linens if time allows)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The pool depth only reaches 5 feet (in the middle) and is not intended for diving
- This property may not be suitable for children under 12 as there is no pool fence. Children must be supervised at all times

- The pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee (seasonal, October-May). If you wish to have the pool heated but have not yet paid the fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. The property features external security cameras in the front and back of the house. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces

PARKING:
- 3 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- 4 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Overnight street parking is prohibited per HOA regulations
- 1 garage remote clicker will be provided on the kitchen counter upon arrival. There will be a $65 fee if the remote is lost and not returned
- Absolutely no RVs or Trailers allowed; parking an RV or Trailer will result in a violation of your vacation rental stay and may result in immediate termination
