Wonderful Week!
5/5 This home was very comfortable and all of the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to many stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this house and property manager to anyone!

Disappointed Traveler
3/5 Pros: Couch was comfortable and spacious. The backyard was a pretty space.
Cons: Twin beds are thin and unsupportive. The queen bed in the second bedroom did not feel sturdy. None of the beds fit into the bed frames. We had ONE fork. The home had three hand soap dispensers but no soap in them. We had no propane in the tank to grill, so filled that up. No cushions for the outside wicker furniture. The outdoor tv didn't work. There was dog poop out in the rocks in the backyard. There are several places on the walls that have been patched but not painted. The house generally felt unclean.
We were very disappointed. I would suggest taking better pictures of what is available in the home and removed pictures that enhance accommodations that are not available. I was very surprised a home like this is associated with Evolve as we've stayed many places and other homes have been exceptional.

-The twin beds are standard-size twin beds, designed with children in mind, and all mattresses are the original sizes intended for their respective bed frames.
-The patio furniture cushions are stored in the garage when not in use to help preserve their condition.
-After your departure, the TV was plugged in and tested. The breaker had tripped, but once reset, the TV functioned properly.
-The interior and exterior walls were recently repainted throughout the entire home. The only patchwork was behind the garage door, where a recent minor repair was made.

4/5 Overall the house was great. only issue was the floor was not clean all tile floor. called to tell them, woman mopped the floor but didnt vacuum? The rest of the house was clean.
